- Implement strategies, including branding, media selection, message selection and integration with corporate communications and benefits communications
- ROI factors, including building the business case with senior management.

Place to Work
- Evaluate the feasibility of applying for best-place-to-work recognition, i.e., Fortune, Working Mothers, SHRM, AARP, including developing a risk and reward analysis
- Help employers through the best-place-to-work application process -- from total outsourcing to cursory review of application drafts and supplementary material presentation, including creating "The Competitive Edge Factor"
- Capitalize on making a "best" list, the internal and external ROI factors
- Develop strategies that sustain "best" list positioning.

- Develop targeted work/life and communications approaches that will appeal to each segment of the employee workforce
- Advise HR and operations management on generational challenges and preferences
HR/Employee Communications
- Integrate work/life and other non-traditional benefits into existing total reward/total compensation/benefits strategies
- Raise the awareness, appreciation and utilization of work/life and other non-traditional benefits
- Assist in traditional benefits communications, including roll-out campaigns, recruitment/orientation materials and special events communications
