- Evaluate the feasibility of applying for best-place-to-work recognition, including developing a risk and reward analysis for "best companies" lists like Fortune, Working Mother, SHRM, and AARP
- Help employers through the best-place-to-work application process -- from total outsourcing to partnering in the writing and review of application drafts and supplementary material presentation
- Capitalize on making a "best" list, the internal and external ROI factors
- Develop strategies that sustain "best" list positioning.
Quality of Work/Life
- Develop quality of work/life strategy, including vision/values statements and facilitated meetings with quality of work/life task forces, HR management, executive management to determine alignment with organization culture and business/HR strategies
- Assess current state by "Life Stages", including gap analysis, to determine alignment with the needs of each generational group -- from Generation Y to Late Boomers
- Implement strategies, including branding, media selection, message selection and integration with corporate communications and benefits communications
- ROI evaluation, including building the business case with senior management.
